THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS
SENIOR PHARMACY PROGRAM

The Senior Pharmacy Program is a program for Massachusetts seniors administered by the Executive Office of Elder Affairs and the Division of Medical Assistance.

Eligible seniors may receive up to $750 for certain prescription drugs:

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

· Seniors age 65 and over by July 1, 1999
· A resident of Massachusetts for the last 6 months
· CANNOT be enrolled in the Medicaid program
· No prescription drug coverage insurance policy
· Gross annual income no greater than $12,360 or $1,030 per month


If your annual income is at or below this amount and you meet the other eligibility requirements, Elder Affairs & the DMA encourage you to apply.
